Today is the start of "Project - 365". Everyday I will post at least a picture of our (boring) daily life.
Well, I think it is official.... Ian hates Toys R Us. His first visit there ended in a TOTAL meltdown. The works..... ear piercing screams, back arching, arms flying everywhere, people staring in horror and dismay. In the end I rushed out with just two remote control cars for the kid's Christmas. I should have taken the tantrum as a sign; because as luck would have it one of the cars didn't work Christmas morning. So, today we decide to take it back. First 10-20 minutes everything was fine... then....BAMM!! The works AGAIN!! Luckily Dean was there to actually witness this (I don't think he believed me when I told him about the last visit). So, again we leave..... Back home.... **fun times**.
On our way home he takes a nap so he was a little rested when we arrive at our favorite Chinese restaurant and we were able to enjoy a peaceful New Year Day lunch :) and to end the day we decide to finish off the leftover fireworks. All in all I think it turned out to be a great way to start off the new year... minus Ian's tantrum.
